Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you love your Dana Haim product, but in case you are not 100% digging it, we offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of your receipt of item (clean, unused, and in our original packaging).

Dana Haim products are small-batch, hand-made, and oftentimes made to order. As a result minor variations in color, pattern, and size should be expected and fully embraced. We believe that is the unique beauty of having things made by hand. Each one is special and will be slightly different from the other. Dana Haim does not accept returns for rugs or textiles because of these types of irregularities.

However, if you are in the United States, and for some other reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return your (clean, unused) items to our address within one week of receipt for a store credit. Please use our email form on the contact page telling us why you aren't satisfied and we'll provide you with the necessary return details and address. All international sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or returns on international orders.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. Dana Haim is not responsible for lost packages so we recommend getting that insurance for your item as a precaution. Dana Haim reserves the right to decline any returns if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.

All one of a kind, limited edition and discounted items are final sale - they may not be exchanged or returned for store credit.
